SHIPPING POLICY INFORMATION

Order confirmation process:

If you included a valid email address during checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to you to be able to track the progress of your order.

Shipping Label Notification – What it means:

We create a shipping label that moves with your order so it can be pulled and packed. Our fulfillment team hands your order off to shipping where it's QC'd, processed, and scheduled for the next schedule carrier pick-up. 

Non-made to order shipping times:

Once an order is placed it can takes on average, 3-5 business days for processing. Once you're near the front of the fulfillment queue a shipping label is created that is paired with your order so products can be pulled and packed. Our fulfillment team hands your order off to shipping where it's QC'd, processed, and prepared for the next scheduled carrier pick-up. Please note that some orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Custom/made to order shipping times:

Material costs, material availability, vendor product availability and fulfillment times, fabrication workload, and supply chain efficiency all affect fulfillment times for custom and made-to-order MFC products. It takes between three and five business days for processing to occur. Orders then enter the fulfillment queue which typically takes between 6-20 weeks. Once products clear fabrication our shipping department will make the label and then send the order to fulfillment. From there, it will be boxed up and then handled by our carriers. Customers are encouraged to reach out to us to ensure we are handling your order as fast as humanly possible if an order was placed more than 16 weeks prior. 

Shipping partners/carriers:

The majority of our products ship via US Postal Service. Larger items will ship via UPS, FedEx or LTL. Please note that all UPS and FedEx packages are picked up once a week on Wednesdays. All large package pricing is for the 48 contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska prices vary. We will send a digital invoice for the remaining balance of shipping.

*Note to Canadian Customers: All Dobinsons orders (MFC+ 3" Lift Kit, AD1/AD2/Trailhawk Dobinsons Lift Kit) now ship via FedEx. FedEx et al will bill you for all applicable duties/fees. 

International shipping fees:

When you placed your order and paid for shipping that fee covered MFC's costs to get your order to you. Shipping fees DO NOT cover any associated import taxes, customs duties, or fees. 

Payment for duties and taxes on international shipments:

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for payment any and all additional costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. 

*Note to International Customers: If an order reaches the destination country and delivery is refused for any reason (changed mind, ordered the wrong part, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country) the customer will be responsible to pay the new inbound (return) shipping fee(s), in addition to any and all applicable return or restocking fees. 

Shipping delays. Causes and factors:

During major sales events and holidays processing is likely to be delayed due to the volume of orders we receive. Processing times during these events add up to double the amount of business days to our standard order processing. If receipt of your order is time sensitive please consider Expedited Processing at checkout. 

EXPEDITED PROCESSING INFORMATION

What it is

MFC Offroad now offers expedited processing of orders for many of our most popular items. This means that orders of NON made-to-order products* that are in stock at our warehouse at the time of your order will be processed and packed for shipping the next business day. By choosing expedited processing your order is bumped to the top of the fulfillment queue bypassing the standard (up to) three week waiting period for processing and shipping. 

What it isn't

Expedited Order Processing does NOT mean expedited delivery. Orders will still be subject to carrier shipping times and our carrier pickup schedule (typically 2x per week) and additional pickups are not being added at this time. Your order will however always be ready for the next scheduled carrier pickup. 

The following products are not eligible for Expedited Processing: 

  • Products that require a vendor purchase order: MFC+ 3” Lift Kit, AD1/AD2/Trailhawk Dobinsons Lift Kit, Fox Long Travel Suspension.
  • In-house fabricated products: Hybrid Tubular Bumper, Pre-Runner Bumper, Beadlock and Sim-u-Lock Wheels, Utili-Rack.

Split Shipment Notice

If your order contains multiple items all available in stock items will be processed the next business day. Out of stock items will be shipped immediately upon availability.

Expedited Processing: Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you choose to return or cancel your order, you waive your right to recover the expedited processing fee.
  • Refunds for Expedited Processing Fees on ineligible items may only be considered on a case by case basis. It is the customers responsibility to read the information related to Expedited Processing.
